Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê (/kiˈbohɘ/ /ˈtɘsɘ/ [cute] [dwarf]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nêndënkîte Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê was founded by Glilîb Dyepîpí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê receives an average of 270 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Overview

Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in spring of the year 1554, by Glilîb Dyepîpí. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Glilîb Dyepîpí.

Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a single restrictive carved bedrock mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Astonishigly, the brittle defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Cultural Notes

Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Mèhêk-têsê Fêqê.
